Snow Days - They're Unexpected Journies

So, I know that that is a SUPER lame title, but I can not think of a better nerdy title for snow day pictures.




It all began at five A.M. when the call came that Monday, February 2nd  was to be a snow day. After a Hobbit-worthy breakfast of eggs and toast, we prepared for the journey into the snow.

First, my little brother thought that he was old enough to randomly walk through the woods. (Cue intense action music)

Then the amazing guard dog Zeus, made sure the little brother in question did not get lost,

Suddenly, Zeus looked dramatically off into the distance and forgot about the little brother.  

 

Behind Zeus's back, the Little brother met a wizard who told him to go inside and drink hot cocoa. (which may or may not have been a trick to get myself who was watching the brother - ahem - the wizard who was passing by, out of the cold.)

The little brother did as the wizard told him, and went inside to drink hot cocoa by the fire.

THE END

No brothers were lost in the making of this story.
